IT Systems Consultant

Petards Corporate Knowledge August 2001 - October 2002

Key Skills:

Defined client’s requirements using data and process modelling, based on their business objectives.

Formulated system specifications and created project plans using MS Project 2000.

Created client’s CRM systems using bespoke RAD programming tool.

Prepared training course plans and documentation; delivered training courses to clients.

Demonstrated the flexibility to fulfil any additional project requirements as required: data migration - creation of Oracle triggers - writing management reports - ongoing project liaison - client support.

Achievements:

Managed the design, creation and implementation of a new Incident Management System for Bradford City Council CCTV Control Centre, running on SQL Server 7.0.

Specified and developed an eCRM system, used by Petards as the new initial platform for all internet-based eCRM systems. Modules included: contact and opportunity management - sales forecasting - diary - activity management - marketing campaign production and analysis - document management - helpdesk support - management reporting.

Learnt the bespoke RAD programming language used by Petards, to advanced level, in half the usual time.

Co-ordinated the successful integration and ongoing development of an externally-sourced management reporting tool, subsequently included in all client installations.

Developed a data cleansing module for a large pharmaceutical equipment manufacturer’s CRM system, to automate external cleansing of existing customer data, with fully integrated merge/purge import routines.

Managed the internal testing and implementation of a CTI system with IVR, ACD and skills based routing.
